Youth Resiliency
Motivation for Success

 

This workshop is intended for young adult audiences seeking to increase their resiliency and motivation skills for leading change.  The workshop consists of 10-modules that can be run weekly or over two weekends in conjunction with recreation and mindfulness practices.  Our intended outcome is to help the young adults understand their thinking patterns and make choices that will produce resourceful outcomes leading to the achievement of their own definition of success. (Oliver and Weigand)

 

 

Resilient Leadership
Peak Performance 

 

This workshop is intended for adult audiences motivated to synergize their mind and body for sustainable peak performance.  The workshop consists of 10-modules that can be run weekly or over two weekends in conjunction with recreation and mindfulness practices.  Our intended outcome is fostering critical thinking in learner participants, honing their ability to analyze information from a variety of perspectives, and gradually integrate them into a set of organized exercises that are conducive to heightened levels of mental capacities and physical wellbeing.

 

 

ResLead
Positive Leadership
Leader Impact on Follower Wellbeing 

 

This workshop is intended for leadership audiences motivated to explore and develop their own behaviours with the intent of maximizing the positive impact on their followers.  The workshop consists of two three-hour modules that can be run weekly or in one day with follow up coaching sessions.  Our intended outcome is cultivating behaviours that increase leader and follower positivity ratios, which produce increased innovation and coping skills and reduced burnout in the workplace.

Student Athlete

Ready & Resilient

 

This workshop is intended for student-athletes in high school and first year university.  The 2-hour workshop is run by successful varsity athletes who share their resiliency knowledge with upcoming student-athletes.  Our intended outcome is providing guidance on managing the stresses and challenges that student-athletes encounter in their first year of university. The workshop helps to produce strong and resilient student-athletes who are able to achieve their own definition of success academically and athletically.

 

Our Team

The Student Athlete led workshop team is made up of University level student athletes sharing a passion for academics and a love of sport. The team consists of: Selina Fortier, Nik Shymko, Ryan Zawacki, Naif Bin Ahmed, Caitlyn Manning, Kanaar Bell, Carly Gray and Rebecca Johnson. Our student athletes are motivated to provide successful resources and workshops to future varsity athletes, and prepare them mentally for making the next big step.
