Who we are
BounceBackAbility combines experience, empirical research and innovative approaches to create healthy changes in peoples' lives. Our team consists of industry experts and students aiming to provide leading research in resiliency and the ability to bounce back from setbacks more quickly

What we do
At Bouncebackability we help people of all ages, ability and well-being develop their resiliency skills to bounce back from setbacks efficiently. We are attempting to create a movement of resilient leaders in corporate, academic and community environments. Focusing on the importance of positive leadership.
We provide a weekly Resiliency Sandbox that emphasizes aligning the self through meditaion and TaiChi. We provide tools essential in developing resilency to enhance your ability to bounce back. Current programs: Youth Resiliency, Resilient Leadership, Positive Leadership and Student Athlete Resiliency Workshop.

The Canadian Lacrosse Foundation was very pleased to support the TransNational Lacrosse Conference which successfully celebrated our game while supporting the mandate of the Canadian Lacrosse Foundation to promote the history and heritage of the game.
