Get Your Mind Right!

It’s Wednesday, they sky is grey and spirits are low. Why do we always feel gloomy on Wednesday? We cants blame the weather forever. We’ve discovered an application that you can use to help determine what might be causing your midweek slump.

Our friends at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre have created Healthy Minds to help you break out of your slump. This application helps you track your mood and stress levels, and determine what had caused you to feel this way. Over time, Healthy Minds will show connections between your behaviours and your emotion.

Why does this matter? Well, instead falling into an endless cycle of inadequate emotions, Healthy Minds will provide you with resources and tips to help dictate how you want to feel in the future. The application is a great tool for all ages, and really helps you uncover why you feel the way you do.

We challenge you to try Healthy Minds for 2 weeks, and let us know your results!
