Sometimes the only thing that you can think about is how stressed out you are... which stresses you out more. Stress can seem to be a never-ending circle of gloom and doom, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
Kelly McGonigal, a health psychologist, has been leading the field in discovering how we use stress, and how we can change the way we perceive stress. Changing your perception of what stress is can completely change how stress makes you feel.
