We’ve all been there. It’s true; the world we live in today is demanding and fast paced; yet if we maintain a balanced life we can substantially reduce stress. Proper time management has proven to significantly reduce stress and increase efficiency.

We discovered a simple solution to time management using the RAC method. Developed by the “WellCast” group the RAC method asks you to Record, Analyze and Change. Essentially, this method helps you recognize where you have been using time inefficiently, and change it.
