This week we explore the development of your personal vision, one of the most important resilience building tools, and introduc the second Tai Chi movement.

In all sessions we will continue to practice guided meditations and detachment.

See you at 7pm and feel free to bring a friend!

Special Mention: The Tai Chi movements are very low key, no need to worry about special clothing.
