This week we will explore the building of self-esteem, and introduce the 2nd Taichi movement with a review of movement #1.
In all sessions we will continue to practice guided meditations and detachment.
See you at 7pm and feel free to bring a friend. Special mention: The Taichi movements are very low key so no need to worry about special clothing, just be comfortable.
