This week we will continue to boost our self-esteem, and Steve will introduce the 3rd Taichi movement and next mediation principle.

In all sessions we will continue to practice guided meditations and detachment.

See you at 7pm and feel free to bring a friend. Special mention: The Taichi movements are very low key so no need to worry about special clothing, just be comfortable.
