Meditation as an Anti-Depressant

Researchers at Oxford University find that meditation is as effective in treating depression as perscription anti-depressants. The study followed 492 severly depressed adults over a two year period. Half of the participants received Mindfullness Training, while the others continued taking perscription anti-depressants.
